i got up, kissed my dad on his head&headed to my room.
i took a looong warm shower!
6ila3t bedelt into my pajamas.
my head was hurting nezelt akil 3ashan i take my medication.

i was walking super slow i had no energy at all!
my head pain increased!

in a mattar of minutes i was fine!

i have low blood pressure, ya3ni my blood pressure yinzil bsr3a!
itha its going down my head hurts, my vision become blurry, ma 3andi energy, i faint, and in rare cases there wont be enough blood in my body for my heart to pump, for example a regular human produces 100 blood cells in 1 minute, i produce 50 blood cells in one minute..

no drama at all, i loved that!
